AWS DevOps Agent

คืออะไร

AWS DevOps Agent คือ AI agent ที่ช่วย automate งาน DevOps ต่างๆ เช่น การวิเคราะห์ error จาก logs, การแนะนำ fix สำหรับ CI/CD pipeline failures, การจัดการ infrastructure changes และการตอบสนองต่อ operational events โดยอัตโนมัติ ทำงานร่วมกับ AWS services อย่าง CodePipeline, CloudWatch, Systems Manager และ เครื่องมือ DevOps อื่นๆ เพื่อลดงาน manual ที่ซ้ำซาก

Use Case ตัวอย่าง

ทีม DevOps ที่มี 3 คนดูแล microservices 50 ตัว ใช้ DevOps Agent ให้ monitor CloudWatch alarms อัตโนมัติ เมื่อ deployment ใหม่ทำให้ error rate สูงขึ้น agent วิเคราะห์ logs, เปรียบเทียบ metrics ก่อนและหลัง deploy แล้วแนะนำว่าควร rollback พร้อม execute rollback ให้อัตโนมัติหาก error rate เกิน threshold ที่กำหนด ลด MTTR จาก 45 นาทีเหลือ 5 นาที
