AWS Billing Conductor คือบริการที่ช่วย resellers, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) และ enterprise organizations customize billing และ cost allocation สำหรับลูกค้าหรือ internal business units ได้ตามต้องการ สร้าง custom pricing models, กำหนด markup/discount, จัดกลุ่ม accounts เป็น billing groups และสร้าง custom cost reports ที่แยกต่างหากจาก actual AWS costs
