Amazon Q Developer in Chat (เดิมชื่อ AWS Chatbot) คือบริการที่ช่วยให้ทีม DevOps รับ AWS alerts, notifications และ run commands ผ่าน Slack หรือ Microsoft Teams โดยตรง เชื่อมต่อกับ CloudWatch Alarms, AWS Health, Security Hub, GuardDuty, Cost Explorer และ services อื่นๆ ทำให้ทีม respond ต่อ incidents ได้เร็วขึ้นโดยไม่ต้องเปิด AWS Console
